Disabilities & Accessible Information
Crondall New Surgery is accessible by patients who are disabled. There are disabled parking bays at the front of the practice. 

We are accessed via a step free entrance with grab rails and we have installed automatically opening front and inner doors. 

We are all on one level throughout and have a large patient WC with wheelchair access. All our toilets are unisex. 

We have a premises-based wheelchair available in case of need.  

Hearing loops are fitted. Should any further assistance be required, a member of staff will be happy to help.

When you register with us, please use our patient questionnaire to advise us of any special needs that you have and we will make the necessary adaptions to assist you.
